The Fischerhof is not only a holiday residence but also a winery, which is personally managed by our family, from pruning the vines to the harvest.
For the pressing and aging of our wines, we were fortunate to have secured a brilliant South Tyrolean winemaker, none other than Hartmann Donà, who is well-known far beyond South Tyrol's borders and enjoys an excellent reputation as one of the best winemakers in the region.
Due to the extremely favorable microclimate and the mineral-rich morainic soil, we produce outstanding white wines from our sun-drenched vineyards.
The name "Palmyra" comes from a local feature of our vineyard, namely the palm oasis beneath it.
Our Palmyra wine is available in the following varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Cuvée of Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc.
