TOURIST TAX
RESERVATION
Arrival & Departure:
Saturday or Sunday, in April/May/October by request also on Wednesday.
On your arrival day, your apartment will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM.
On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest to allow for final cleaning.
Otherwise, we will have to charge you for an additional day.
Please send us a written reservation via the inquiry form on our website.

After receiving your reservation, we will promptly send you a booking confirmation, including our bank details. Your booking will be binding upon receipt of a deposit of €150 per week.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
For all guests aged 16 and older, the municipality of Tirol charges a tourist tax of €2.90 per person per night.

This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on-site.

A small dog can be brought upon request, except during the high season (July/August).

Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the pool area or the lower garden.

Fee per day/dog without food: €10.

Final cleaning + €10.
We provide towels, bathrobes, dish towels, and bed linen free of charge.
Towel changes are included twice a week, and bed linen changes are available after one week.
​
In the guest laundry room, you will find a washing machine (for a fee, detergent is provided), vacuum cleaner, cleaning bucket, iron, and ironing board.
Our pool is available to you year-round from approximately 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
​
The pool/garden is exclusively accessible to our guests.
​
Please bring your own pool towels.

The entire building is a non-smoking area.

Ashtrays are provided on the balconies for smokers.

Smoking is also allowed in the courtyard tavern.

Cash payment (according to Italian law, up to €4,999.99).

Prepayment via bank transfer or payment by debit card is also possible.

GENERAL
CANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Please inform us in advance (only in writing) if you need to cancel your vacation. There is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code, however, we offer the following cancellation policy*:

Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 14 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
Up to 7 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged according to Italian law.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the apartment will be charged for the entire booked period.
​
*Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To avoid inconveniences and costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

For those who love to start their morning with breakfast in the comfort of their own apartment, we are pleased to continue offering our daily bread delivery service.
​
Simply place your order through our hotel infotainment system by 5:00 PM the day before.
Here, we offer a variety of juices, beers, and a selection of South Tyrolean and house-made wines for purchase.
​
New: In our self-service sales area, you'll also find breakfast essentials such as coffee, jams, milk, and more.
Each unit has a free parking space available.
​
You can store your bicycles in our locked bicycle cellar.
​
There are also charging facilities for e-bikes.
