...surrounded by lavender and rosemary, colorful oleander flowers, and the scent of Mediterranean herbs, we invite you to relax in our idyllic courtyard tavern, with a wonderful view of the alpine natural landscape and the majestic castles towering above us, all under the gnarled olive trees.
What can I get you?
...a cappuccino, an apricot strudel?
Or maybe a raspberry Hugo?
A mini bruschetta accompanied by a glass of Sauvignon?
And then a Tyrolean platter for two?
All of it, naturally, made with ingredients from our own cultivation.

...built and opened only in 2023, we decided to create a rustic bistro counter from two over 100-year-old wine barrels. It has become a true eye-catcher, seamlessly blending into the overall image of the Fischerhof, built in traditional Tyrolean style, standing between the olive trees as if it had always been there. Matching bistro tables and chairs in pastel shades complete the look. Everything is arranged with great care – a little moment of relaxation is guaranteed.
Comments from our guests...
Statements like: "Now we don’t have to drive all the way down to Lake Garda, when it feels so much like the Mediterranean here," or "This feels even more like a vacation within a vacation," make us happy, but also a little proud, knowing we’ve done everything right.
External guests are only allowed access to the courtyard tavern area. The entire pool area and relaxation garden are located on a different level and are nearly invisible from the outside due to the lush vegetation. This area is reserved exclusively for house guests.
